Please provide a three-page academic writing sample in pdf format. It can be on any subject and taken from any point in an academic paper as long as it is representative of your individual research and writing abilities.
4. PORTFOLIO (JPEG)
Please provide ten to twelve samples of your most representative work in jpeg format that you believe highlight your design, layout and graphic abilities. If any samples reflect group work, please clarify your contribution to that work.
5. TOEFL SCORE - NON-NATIVE ENGLISH SPEAKERS ONLY (PDF)
Please provide your TOEFL score (no more than 2 years old) in pdf format. An unofficial copy is acceptable.
